Assembly Instructions: 1. The Training Bar Extension Kit comes with 4 extension bases, 4 struts, 16 bolts and 16 nuts. 2. Remove black tabs from the four ends of the base of the original bar. 3. Insert the four extension bases into the newly made slots. 4. Place the struts in between the base with the long metal side of the strut touching the ground. 5. Affix the struts with the holes on the sides of the base using the bolts and nuts. 6. Use a wrench to tighten securely.

Assembly Instructions: The Off Ground Training Balance Beam comes in two boxes: one for the beam and one for the bases. The box for the bases contains two bases and 8 screws. Line up the two bases to the holes on the underside of the beam. Screw in the screws until the bases are secure.
